EventRep provides a B2B platform connecting event organisers with verified suppliers. Our services include supplier verification, review management, and event listing facilities.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
  • Use automated systems to access the platform without permission

5. Reviews and Content

Users may post reviews and other content. You retain ownership of your content but grant EventRep a licence to use, display, and distribute it on our platform. Reviews must be honest, accurate, and based on genuine business interactions.

6. Verification Process

Suppliers may undergo verification. While we take reasonable steps to verify information, we do not guarantee the accuracy of all verified data. Organisers should conduct their own due diligence.

7. Fees and Payment

Certain services may require payment. All fees are in British Pounds (£) unless otherwise stated. Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

EventRep is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may also close your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the platform.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
