Create Your Account
Start by registering on EventRep. You'll need to provide your company details and verify your email address. Our team will review your application within 1-2 business days.
- Click "Register" and select "Event Organiser"
- Fill in your company details
- Verify your email address
- Wait for account approval
Complete Your Profile
A complete profile helps suppliers understand your organisation and builds trust. Add your logo, description, and contact information.
- Upload your company logo
- Write a compelling company description
- Add your website and social media links
- Specify your typical event types
Create Your First Event
Post your event to start receiving applications from verified suppliers. Be as detailed as possible to attract the right candidates.
- Go to Dashboard → My Events → Create Event
- Enter event details (name, date, venue)
- Specify the services you need
- Set your budget range (optional)
- Publish or save as draft
Review Supplier Applications
As suppliers apply to your event, you can review their profiles, trust scores, and proposals. Use our tools to compare and shortlist candidates.

- Review their portfolio and past work
- Compare quotes and proposals
- Shortlist your top choices
- Message suppliers with questions
Accept and Collaborate
Once you've found the right supplier, accept their application. You can then communicate directly through our messaging system.
- Accept the supplier's application
- Finalise details through messaging
- Coordinate event logistics
- Leave a review after the event
